CASING AND TUBING RUNNING AND PULLING SERVICES
We provide nationwide services, onshore and offshore: experienced crews, 30"-bull tongs; hydraulic tongs, air hoisting equipment, torque-turn computers and accessories to handle OCTG from 20" through 2 3/8" in standard and high-torque versions to make /break both API and premium connections.
STACK LIFT SERVICE
Previously, the lift service installation previously was a very hard job, because it required double install and removal twice, both the service lift as the weightlifting gauze. Now, with the stack lift service, it raises in a uniform, faster and secure way, and, in the eventuality of a flow on the oil well, immediately at once, it immediately comes down. and Also, the head can be installed without any problem to make fit the swipes, and we have it has a the remote control of hydraulic engineers, to avoid signs.
BOLTING SERVICES
We have the crews and hydro-pneumatic equipment to tighten fasteners used when installing valve trees, bop stacks and choke manifolds.
HYDROSTATIC TESTING
We pressure-test seals, connections, valve trees, bop stacks, etc., on site, drilling and work-over rigs, with a hydro-pneumatic system hooked up to a computer programmed to monitor and record any pressure drop.
SURFACE CONTROL LINES AND CASING CUTTING
In dimensions of 3 1/2" or 2 7/8", lines are installed from the BOP stack to the choke manifold and then on to the separator and burner. Our cutting an beveling equipment allows to cut and retrieve wellheads with multiple casing strings for abandonment.
PORTABLE HYDRAULIC PLATFORM
It is designed to support maintenance activities and servicing wellheads as well as coil tubing, high pressure units, geophysical record activities, production shooting and slickline operations. It provides the reliance needed to work in a safer and more comfortable way due its multiple retractable points, at all levels. It can be adjusted up to a 6 meters height above the retention area around the drill hole.
DOWNHOLE TOOL RENTALS
Hydraulic drilling jars, coiled cubing specialties, such as H2S-N2 motors, fishing and milling-drilling tools.
ZERO SPILL SYSTEM
Equipment and accessories manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001, to ensure recovery of fluids on the rig floor to the mud system, therefore preventing damage to the environment. Main components are: the mud can, floor mat, collection tray, etc., adaptable to any drilling or work-over rig.
PRE-HEATING OF CASING AND WELLHEADS
By means of insulated electric coils we can prevent release of hydrogen while welding, thus avoiding cracks or porosity in the union.
